Foundations Birth Package

For those who want essential guidance and steady support before and during birth.

Includes:

Prenatal Support:

• Initial Consultation (Free): A complimentary consultation to discuss your needs, preferences, and birth plan, and to see if we’re a good fit.

• One Prenatal Visit to discuss birth preferences, comfort techniques & partner roles

• Unlimited Email and Phone Support: Ongoing support via phone and email to answer questions, provide resources, and offer reassurance throughout your pregnancy.

Labor and Birth Support:

• On-Call Availability: 24/7 on-call availability starting at 38 weeks until birth, ensuring that I am ready to join you as labor begins.

• Continuous Labor Support: Physical, emotional, and informational support throughout your labor and delivery, including comfort measures, pain management techniques, and advocacy for your birth preferences.

• Partner Support.

  Postpartum Support:

• Initial Postpartum Care: Assistance with breastfeeding, newborn care, and ensuring you are comfortable and settled immediately after birth.

• One (1.5hr) Postpartum Visit within the first week postpartum to check on your well-being, provide breastfeeding support, and answer any questions about newborn care and postpartum recovery.

• Emotional support + birth story integration

Nourished Birth Package

For those who want deeper preparation, continuous support, and gentle postpartum care.

Includes everything in the Foundations Package, plus:

• Two Prenatal Visits: includes birth prep + pain coping techniques, birth plan coaching, massage techniques and breath-work practice.

• On-call from 37 weeks

• Sibling Support.

• Two (3hr) Postpartum Visits within the first week postpartum to check on your well-being, provide breastfeeding support, answer any questions about newborn care and postpartum recovery, and offer hands-on postpartum support.

Full Circle Birth Package

For those wanting a fully supported experience with in-depth care, education, and integration.

Includes everything in the Nourished Package, plus:

• Three Prenatal Visits which include childbirth education, fear release session, a custom ritual, and newborn care.

• Birth Photography.

• Early labor home support before heading to birth location (if desired).

• Three (3 hr) Postpartum Visits within the first two weeks postpartum to check on your well-being, provide breastfeeding support, answer any questions about newborn care and postpartum recovery, and offer hands-on postpartum support. (includes birth processing, light meal prep, body recovery care)

Additional Resources:

• Access to Resource Library: A collection of trusted resources, including books, articles, and videos on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care.

• Referral Network: Referrals to other professionals such as lactation consultants, pediatricians, Physical therapists, acupuncturists, and support groups as needed.

Birth Packages start at $2500. Sliding scale and payment plans available depending on financial need and my ability at that time.
