As your doula, I walk beside you with steady presence- not to direct your path, but to honor it. I am here to support your choices, offer grounded guidance, and help you feel informed, held, and deeply respected throughout your birth experience. With each step, my intention is to create space for you to feel safe in your body, clear in your decisions, and supported in the way you deserve.

Rooted in informed consent, emotional attunement, and trust in the wisdom of birth, my care is both nurturing and intentional. I believe the way you are held during birth matters. How you feel in the room, how your voice is honored, and how supported you are in the unfolding of your experience are all part of what shapes the transformation into motherhood.

Birth Packages

Created for families who desire a steady, informed, and deeply supportive presence, birth packages offer essential doula care throughout pregnancy, labor, and in the early postpartum period. Each element is designed to help you feel more prepared, more grounded, and more held as you move through birth and into motherhood.

Prenatal Support:

• Initial Consultation (Free): A complimentary consultation to discuss your needs, preferences, and birth plan, and to see if we’re a good fit.

• Prenatal Visit(s) to discuss birth preferences, comfort techniques & partner roles

• Unlimited Email and Phone Support: Ongoing support via phone and email to answer questions, provide resources, and offer reassurance throughout your pregnancy.

Labor and Birth Support:

• On-Call Availability: 24/7 on-call availability starting at 38 weeks until birth.

• Continuous Labor Support: Physical, emotional, and informational support throughout your labor and delivery, including comfort measures, pain management techniques, and advocacy for your birth preferences.

• Partner Support.

• Back-up doula for emergencies.

  Postpartum Support:

• Initial Postpartum Care: Assistance with breastfeeding, newborn care, and ensuring you are comfortable and settled immediately after birth.

• One Postpartum Visit within the first two weeks postpartum to check on your well-being, provide breastfeeding support, and answer any questions about newborn care and postpartum recovery.

• Emotional support + birth story integration.

The Sibling Birth Support Package

A refined care offering for families who desire thoughtful, relationship-centered support for an older child as they welcome a new baby.

Birth marks a profound transition for the entire family, including the sibling who is adjusting to a new rhythm, new needs, and a changing home. This package is designed to provide continuity, familiarity, and emotionally attuned care during that tender time. Prenatal visits allow space to build trust, understand your child’s routines, and create a sense of ease before labor begins. When birth unfolds, your child is supported with calm, steady presence so you can move through labor and the immediate postpartum transition with greater peace of mind.

This package includes:

• complimentary consultation

• three prenatal visits-1 bedtime trial recommended

• on-call availability surrounding your birth window

• coordination and planning as labor begins

• up to 24 hours of in-home sibling care

• nurturing, relationship-based support during the family’s transition

Birth Packages start at $3200. Sliding scale and payment plans available depending on financial need and my ability at that time.
